CS (Company Secretary) Inter / Executive / LLB / Graduate with 2+ years of hands-on MCA portal filing track record.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Deliverables

Drafting Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA); End-to-end SPICe+ Part A/B corporate incorporation; Filing Annual Returns (MGT-7, AOC-4); Filing Director KYC (DIR-3); Handling jurisdictional ROC Pune queries & approvals.
