Essential Document Dossier for Form FL-III

• Title / Lease Documents: Registered lease deed (minimum 3 to 5 years tenure) or ownership index II for commercial restaurant premises.
• Municipal Approvals: PMC/PCMC Health Trade License and approved building sanction plan.
• Fire Safety NOC: Provisional and final fire safety compliance certificate issued by the Chief Fire Officer (CFO).
