Steps to Link AD Code on ICEGATE

1. Obtain the official AD Code Letter from your authorized bank branch in the prescribed customs Annexure format.
2. Register as a verified exporter/importer on the central ICEGATE portal using a Class 3 Digital Signature.
3. Navigate to Bank Account Management > Authorised Dealer (AD) Code Registration.
4. Select specific port locations (e.g., INNSA1 for Nhava Sheva / JNPT, INBOM4 for Air Cargo Mumbai, INDIG6 for ICD Dighi Pune).
5. Upload bank letters, cancel cheque, and sign with DSC. Customs officers verify and approve within 48 hours.
