Steps for Online IEC Surrender

2. Log in to dgft.gov.in and select Services > IEC Profile Management > Surrender IEC.
3. State the formal justification for cancellation (e.g., Business Closure, Dissolution, Entity Conversion).
4. Authenticate the electronic surrender request using the authorized signatory's Class 3 DSC.
5. Download the official DGFT Order of Cancellation confirming formal deregistration.
