Stages of the QCI Vendor Assessment

1. Desktop Assessment: Submitting company incorporation proofs, factory licenses, pollution NOCs, machinery lists, and audited balance sheets.
2. QCI Fee Payment: Paying the non-refundable government assessment fee to QCI.
3. Video / Physical Assessment: Real-time smartphone video audit or physical on-site inspection of manufacturing operations, raw material storage, and quality control labs.
4. Scorecard Issuance: QCI generates an official Vendor Assessment Report, enabling OEM dashboard features on GeM.
