Statutory Contribution Slabs under Maharashtra MLWF
Contributions depend on the employee’s gross monthly salary as of June and December:
- Salary up to ₹3,000: Employee Share: ₹6 | Employer Share: ₹18 | Total: ₹24 per half-year.
- Salary above ₹3,000: Employee Share: ₹12 | Employer Share: ₹36 | Total: ₹48 per half-year.
The employer contributes three times the employee's share, collects the deduction, and remits the aggregate online via Form A-1.
